Where is Polesworth Fest taking place?

The festival is taking place on the Community Field (next to Station Road Recreation Ground). If you’re new to the area, from the village head up Bridge Street towards Station Road and the Community Field is on your left. The walk should take around 10 minutes.

Can I buy a Ticket on the Day?

Absolutely you can buy tickets on the gate for just £3 per person, or £10 per person for VIP tickets. However, once we reach capacity, we will have to close the gates so we recommend you come early!

I’ve bought a ticket online but I can’t come now, What do I do?

We’re sorry you can’t make it! Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member to use instead.

I’ve bought a ticket online — do I need to queue?

Yes, but there will be a separate fast-track queue for those who have already purchased tickets online. Please have your ticket ready to show at the entrance for quick entry.

Where do I park?

There is no parking on the recreation ground.

All parking in Polesworth is free, but there are limited spaces so we highly recommend you walk or take public transport to Station Road Recreation Ground. Local bus services are run by Arriva Midlands with bus route 65 serving Polesworth via Nuneaton, Atherstone and Tamworth town centres.

What time does the event open?

Gates open at 1.30pm with entertainment starting at 2pm. You are welcome to join us at any time.

Can I leave the event and then return later?

Yes! Just make sure to get a stamp on your way out, and you’ll be able to re-enter later without any issues.

Is the event suitable for children?

Absolutely! The event is family-friendly, with inflatables to enjoy and plenty of live music — perfect for kids who love to dance and have fun!

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. Please also remember to clean up after your pet.

Is there any seating provided?

Please bring along your picnic blankets & picnic chairs for the event.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

With the exception of baby food and sealed water bottles, it is not permitted to bring your own food and drink to the festival. We have a fine array of street food vendors. Due to licencing restrictions, not alcohol can be brought into the festival. Security will be checking bags and any alcohol found will be confiscated.

What provisions have been made for accessibility?

The event takes place on a grass field, so while it is open and spacious, please be mindful that the ground may be uneven in places. We will have accessible toilets on site, and staff in high-visibility jackets will be available to assist where needed. If you have specific accessibility requirements, feel free to get in touch with us before the event.

What’s included in the VIP ticket?

VIP tickets include entry to the festival, access to comfy deck chairs, access to toilets and small queues for the bar.
